Hotels Maurice Hurand has signed up to a quality policy centred on the adoption and control of high standards that are rigorously and independently monitored by means of incognito calls and visits.  This enables us to ensure that the expected level of service is attained, and to identify avenues for improvement to provide you with even better service in future. 

An environmental component has now been added to the process in order to raise staff and guest awareness of the importance of protecting the environment.
